Our Story

Founded in 1993, Dukes is the leading family-run enforcement company for the recovery of local taxation, commercial rent arrears and unpaid commercial debt.

We began recovering poll tax for local authorities, and over two decades we have expanded our services and grown into a medium-sized business, collecting undisputed debts for housing associations, blue chip companies, commercial landlord and individuals (to name a few).

We’re a privately-owned, family-run business and one of few companies in the industry where decisions and service levels are not controlled by profit margins. Our authentic family culture enables us to provide a personalised, professional service, and the relationships that our family members create, combined with the level of unrivalled service that we provide is what our clients love.
