Stephen Brown has joined Dukes Bailiffs as Parking Services Director.
With a focus on honesty, ethics and transparency, our 50-strong team recovers penalty charge notices for clients across England and Wales.
Stephen brings to the role extensive experience from his current role as President of the British Parking Association, and having worked as Business Development Director with Equita Ltd for 10 years and Parking Enforcement Manager at Colchester Borough Council for five years.
In his new role, Stephen will introduce clients to the business. He said: “Dukes already has an impressive reputation as a trusted and reliable specialist in the enforcement of Penalty Charge Notices.
“I’m confident that potential clients will be impressed by the high collections and low-level of complaints, the rate of early resolution at compliance stage and the level of reporting available to them.
“The team use internal tracing tools to enhance DVLA information and have ANPR vehicles as standard. Dukes has industry leading recovery rates, which I believe is a product of its compassion for customers, professionalism for partners and the knowledge of its staff.
“I’ve been in this business for 10 years and was in local government for five years before that and I’ve never heard a bad word said about Dukes. When I first went into the offices I was really impressed by the business. It’s extremely well run, friendly and professional. I was given a tour and was struck by just how happy everybody is.”
Colin Naylor added: “We’re really pleased that Stephen has joined our team. His wealth of experience in the parking services sector compliments our offer perfectly. With Stephen’s help, we’re looking forward to building even more long-lasting relationships with customers throughout the country.”
