Sundry debt collection for local authorities & housing associations
Dukes' aim for all cases is early non-intrusive engagement with the debtor to achieve early settlement of the debt or a reasonable payment arrangement, without the need for a doorstep visit.
As standard, our Sundry debt team send a minimum of four tailored letters to all debtors prior to a doorstep visit. All correspondence includes 'nudge' tactics to encourage payment and the effectiveness of each letter is reviewed quarterly. The effectiveness can be reviewed by the clients on our bespoke reporting suite, Certus. What's more, our Sundry debt team concentrate of outbound calls and SMS messaging to increase early engagement with the debtors.
Tailored and transparent relationships
Dukes provide regular communication and a unique login for the client to access Certus. This provides the client access to reports on collections received by stage, propensity to pay analytics and much more.
Prior to receiving cases from the client, our Contract Development Manager will conduct a meeting to discuss specific requirements. Our approach to debt collection for these cases will then be completely tailored to meet the needs of the client.
