The ideal candidate will have experience in bid writing and will display confidence, flexibility and the ability to use their initiative. This is a responsible position with a varied work load. The individual must be highly organised and able to manage their time productively.
You will join the call centre team to provide seamless customer service to customers and clients. You will handle customer calls, negotiate payments and consistently exceed collections targets. You will be responsible for managing your own client and case load to ensure the debts are recovered in a timely manner.
