Dukes are shortlisted for the Best Use of Technology, Collections & Vulnerability Award

Award season has arrived, and we’re thrilled to announce some exciting news – we’ve been shortlisted for the prestigious Credit Strategy Collections & Vulnerability “Best Use of Technology” award for 2024! This recognition shines a spotlight on the impact our technology has had not just on our business, but more importantly, on vulnerable debtors who rely on our services. We couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come.

Our technology has spoken volumes, earning us accolades time and again. This is the third time our technology has been acknowledged for making a real, positive difference, in the industry. The answer lies in two groundbreaking innovations that we’re proud to have pioneered: Visit Genius and Duke, our AI-powered chatbot.

  • Visit Genius, our AI-driven route-planning software designed to optimise our Enforcement Agents’ schedules. It streamlines their work, ensuring greater efficiency and productivity and, ultimately, better outcomes for those we serve.

  • Duke, is a chatbot like no other. As the first of its kind in our industry, Duke is available 24/7, offering instant, empathetic support to debtors in their moments of need. What sets Duke apart is its ability to engage in natural, human-like conversations, providing not just information but reassurance.

These innovations have helped us push the boundaries of what’s possible, making a real difference to our business and the people we serve. And now, we’re heading to Manchester on November 12th, where our Directors, Sarah and Zoe Naylor, will attend the awards ceremony to find out if we’ll take home the win. We’re keeping our fingers crossed, good luck to all other finalists!
