We are thrilled to announce our reappointment as a trusted Debt Recovery Provider for Gloucester City Council, strengthening a successful partnership that has spanned over 8 years.
Following a competitive tender process, we are excited to continue providing vital recovery services, including Council Tax, Business Rates, Business Improvement District (BID) collections, Sundry debts, and Housing Benefit Overpayments (HBO).
Dukes will serve as the primary supplier, working alongside an additional supplier to ensure effective and professional debt recovery services that meet the council's needs. Our team is dedicated to maintaining our proven track record and building on our history of collaboration and success with Gloucester City Council.
