We’re delighted to announce that Dukes Bailiffs Limited has been appointed as the official debt enforcement services provider for Winchester City Council under a new three-year corporate contract - with the possibility of extending for an additional two years!

This new partnership builds on our existing relationship with the Council, where we previously operated under a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Now, as part of a corporate contract, we’re proud to continue delivering reliable, ethical, and professional debt recovery solutions tailored to the needs of local authorities and their residents

What our enforcement services will cover

Under this appointment, Dukes will manage the enforcement and recovery of:

  • Council Tax

  • Business Rates

  • Business Improvement District (BID) levies

  • Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)

  • Sundry Debts

We look forward to delivering an excellent recovery service and tangible results for Winchester City Council. Whether we’re recovering overdue council tax or assisting with unpaid penalty charge notices, our mission remains the same: to support local authorities through fair, ethical, and effective enforcement.
