After a rigorous and highly competitive tender process, we successfully advanced to the final stage, the presentation stage, where our team demonstrated our expertise, ethical approach, and proven success in delivering effective debt recovery solutions.
What this enforcement contract covers
As part of our renewed partnership with BCP Council, we will continue to manage the debt enforcement services for Council Tax, NNDR, BIDs and Sundry debt, working alongside another appointed provider.
Initially, the contract is set for three years, with the potential for two two-year extensions - potentially extending our collaboration to seven years. Regardless of the contract length, we remain dedicated to delivering debt enforcement that is fair, ethical, and results-driven, aligning with BCP Council’s high standards and community expectations.
