Debt Collection Agents, Enforcement Agents and High Court Enforcement Officers have differing recovery powers. Debt Collection Agents cannot remove goods from the property to recover payment. Debt Collection Agents cannot force entry. Debt Collectors can only visit a property to request payment.
If you believe your client will not pay and you would like us to recover their assets to clear the debt, you will need to obtain a County Court Judgment (CCJ) with the view to transfer the debt up to the High Court. If this is a concern of yours, please contact us for more information.

Upon instruction we will begin the recovery of your unpaid invoices by writing to your customer. Our first letter will inform them that the undisputed debt has been passed to Dukes Bailiffs Limited to collect and will advise them of the date in which they must make payment.
In situations where your customer ignores our correspondence, a Debt Collection Agent will visit their property. Using skilled negotiation and communication methods our Agents are able to recover the debt during the visit, irrespective of how long it has been outstanding.
