Recover the rent arrears within 7 days

Once you have completed our online Warrant of Control, you can instruct Dukes Bailiffs Limited to recover your commercial rent arrears. Upon receipt of your instruction, our specialist CRAR team will begin the enforcement action to recover the rent by issuing a Notice of Enforcement to your commercial tenant.

The Notice of Enforcement is a 7 day notice that will explain our intention to recover the unpaid rent, and the details of how to make payment. Depending on your requirements, we will request payment in full or will agree to a short-term payment plan, monitoring the payment arrangement from start to finish.

If your tenant doesn’t pay, we will schedule a visit from our certificated agents who will enter the commercial property and take control of goods. These will then be sold at a public auction to cover the cost of the rent arrears.
