The Local Authority Civil Enforcement Forum’s conference will bring together public sector collections, local authority in-house enforcement agent teams and UK government officers.

Speakers include Samantha Toyn, Ministry of Justice; Russell Hamblin-Boone, CIVEA and Kevin Shaw, the Single Financial Guidance Body.

• Samantha Toyn will provide an update on the 3 year review, Breathing Space, and the National Standards.

• Russell Hamblin-Boone, will be discussing if there is an acceptable face of enforcement.

• Kevin Shaw, will be Supportive Council Tax Recovery
