Location: Stone, Staffordshire

Dukes Bailiffs Limited require an experienced Enforcement Manager to supervise, motivate and support our team of enthusiastic certificated Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs). Based in our prestigious offices in Stone, the successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in enforcement in a field agent position. Managerial experience is also essential.

You will be fully conversant with the new enforcement regulations introduced through the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 and have a thorough understanding of the National Standards for Enforcement Agents.

This position requires strong organisation, hard work and outstanding communication skills. You will be totally committed to achieving high collection rates through the most cost efficient methods and be able to minimise complaints and handle them effectively. Your focus will be to maintain and develop Dukes high standards of professional debt recovery and enforcement.
