Dukes’ new tracing system gives accurate results in minutes
A new partnership with data experts has boosted Dukes tracing power and enhanced their ability to locate gone-aways. The agreement enables Dukes debt recovery team to find current addresses for absconders using some core data sources including electoral, financial, and judicial. The new tracing system is in its early days but Dukes are already seeing signs of improved search results and faster tracing leading to better productivity and increased collections.
Tracing service perfect for solicitors
Dukes Sales & Marketing Director Chris Furness said, “Retriever (the new tracing system) is really helping our debt recovery service – both in terms of speed and success rates. But it’s also being used by Solicitors who are asking us to trace absconders, defaulters and ex-partners in civil disputes for their clients.”
The key strength of the system is its ability to provide highly detailed search results in a matter of minutes. “The outcomes we receive include addresses, emails and phone numbers – both landline and mobile,” said Chris. “The system also matches people to associated contacts – such as partners. It even alerts us to other aliases - so it's great for process serving."
Tracing success over 90%
As well as using ‘big data’ searching technology such as financial and utilities information, the Retriever system also picks up on marketing material which people have completed online, such as competitions. “The depth and variety of records enables us to find people using minimal amounts of data,” said Chris. Usage so far shows that we can successfully trace over 90% of people, sometimes using just name and email address or phone number.”
The tracing system is used under licence, but Dukes’ clients can pay for one-off searches for just £30 + VAT before 10am and get results back the same day. Call 0844 880 9808 or email info@dukeslimited.co.uk and Dukes guarantee to have results back within 24 hours. Discounts are available for multiple searches.
