We are proud to announce that Dukes has retained the Investors in People Gold (IIP) accreditation for a second time running.

Since first achieving Investors in People status in 2009, we were delighted to earn IIP Gold status for the first time in 2012. Thanks to the hard work and commitment of all the Dukes team, our IPP Gold status was re-confirmed in October 2015.

As part of the 3-yearly assessment, the Dukes team were interviewed by IIP assessor Corinne Wainwright, who commented that “there were many indications that Dukes Bailiffs has continued to develop, and are implementing key strategies based on good practice and that they are using the Investors in People Framework to continually improve. There is clear evidence that Dukes Bailiffs have used evaluative data to drive improved performance.”

This award reflects our commitment to sustainability, people management and employee engagement. As a result, we have a strong team of happy, motivated employees, who have an interest in the business, meaning they will go above and beyond to provide an exceptional service to our clients.
