Dukes welcome Karl Smith to the team as Commercial Director

Karl has over 22 years experience in the Enforcement industry in the private and Local Authority sector. Gaining an in depth knowledge of enforcement practices from working within Local Authority and having Board level experience within the private sector developing and implementing Enforcement departments collecting all types of debt.

Karl currently sits on the Governing Committee of the Certificated Enforcement Agents Association and a co-author for the Level 3 Taking Control of Goods Qualification.

Previous positions include Bailiff Manager, General Manager, Commercial Director, CEO and a consultant to the industry and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

At Dukes, Karl will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic business plans, giving directional leadership, meeting company and client KPIs, creating business development opportunities for growth balancing budgets, culture and structure.
