Dukes set to celebrate 20-year partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council
Dukes has been reappointed by Stoke-on-Trent City Council following a robust open market tender exercise.
Three suppliers have been chosen for the contract, with Dukes being the only local supplier selected to provide local taxation, parking charge notice (PCN) warrant enforcement and debt collection services for the City Council.
Colin Naylor, Founder and Managing Director, said: “We have been working with Stoke-on-Trent City Council for 16 years and are really pleased that our positive working partnership will now continue for another four years. This appointment demonstrates that our services provide the best quality and most reliable performance to our clients and customers.”
Karl Smith, Commercial Director at Dukes, added: “The contract may open up to a framework, available for any public authority across Staffordshire to access, in which case it will save time, administration and workloads for everybody involved.”
