New appointment aids growth at Dukes Bailiffs Limited

Stone based Dukes Bailiffs Limited has consolidated its senior team with the appointment of Sales Director Rob Jackson.

The leading provider of ethical enforcement and debt collection has enlisted Rob to work across the whole company to develop each department and support staff members with anything they need.

Rob has joined Dukes with 25 years’ experience in the industry and moved from Capita where he worked for 20 years. Originally part of the set up of Ross & Roberts, where he was a Director, Rob stayed with the company during Capita’s take over before deciding to move to Dukes for it’s ethical approach and family values.

Founder and Managing Director at Dukes, Colin Naylor said: “In his new role, Rob will look to enhance the Dukes brand and use his experience to assist the teams within the company. He has extensive hands on skills and excellent communication. We look forward to seeing Rob and Dukes thrive together.”

I wanted to join Dukes because it’s an ethical, and well respected company. My personality fits in well with a family run business and it’s great to be working with such a friendly group of people. Colin and I share the same values particularly in how a business in this industry should be run, so it feels like the perfect fit.

Dukes’ set up is great, they focus on client service and doing things the right way. They also have a much more advanced system to what I’ve seen in other companies in the industry, they have clearly invested in technology and systems to make sure they do the best job they possibly can.

I am sure this brand will appeal to clients in the future and I’m looking forward to a successful career here.
