Dukes celebrate 25 years in business with monthly celebrations

2018 is an exciting year for the team at Dukes as we celebrate 25 years in business.

Managing Director, Colin Naylor and Finance Director, Elaine Naylor started the family business back in June 1993 with one client and three employees, and now we represent local authorities all over England and Wales with a team of over 50 people.

Dukes' success has continued to grow over the years with thanks to strong leadership from management and dedication from the wider team who work together as an extended family to exceed client's expectations.

At the start of the year to show gratitude to the team, Colin and Elaine pledged to celebrate each month with parties, games and special activities. To date we’ve celebrated with free costa coffees; free Perkbox memberships; an afternoon quiz with freebies; and a charity tombola and auction to name a few.

This month, to mark the momentous month of June, Dukes hosted an Afternoon Tea party for all the team at the HQ in Staffordshire. It was a fantastic afternoon; the sun was shining and there was plenty of sandwiches, cakes, tea and fizz to be enjoyed by all. What's more, Colin took the event as an opportunity to update the team on new beginnings and exciting opportunities for Dukes, including the opening of a new London Office and the positioning of a new Managing Director starting in July.
