We are delighted that Dukes have been re-appointed to continue working in partnership with Birmingham City Council.

The Council undertook a robust open tender process seeking to appoint two enforcement agencies for the collection of corporate debts including; Sundry Debts, Housing Benefit Overpayments and Private Tenants Debts, Rent Arrears and Sundry Housing Debts.

Dukes scored the highest marks to be appointed on to the contract, which will commence later this year, and will run for a period of four years.

Having worked in partnership with Birmingham CC over a number of years, team Dukes are delighted with this reappointment. The procurement process for this contract was very comprehensive and we are proud to have achieved the highest score amongst our competitors. This appointment exemplifies our service and how we stand out above the rest.
