Dukes is a finalist for 'Excellence in Innovation (collection)' Award

'Excellence in Innovation (collection)' Award 2019

Innovation within the recovery sector is key to maximise early engagement and increase collections for our clients. For 26 years, strong ethics and innovation has lived at the centre of what we do at Dukes, and we are delighted that our continued investment to innovative projects and systems has been recognised by the Institute of Revenues and Ratings with this award shortlisting.

With more enteries than ever this year, the the Awards Panel were looking for organisations to demonstrate they had been innovative in implementing projects, products or procedures. Selected for our unique, fresh approach to recovery, Dukes will be up against Birmingham City Council, Hoople Ltd and Southwark London Borough Council at the Performance Awards in October.
