Our enforcement agent assisted the Ministry of Justice in their investigation

In July 2019, the government announced they would be taking steps to make the use of body worn cameras mandatory for all Enforcement firms. As CIVEA members, we already had all Enforcement Agents wearing BWC as this was made mandatory for all CIVEA members.

The MoJ have been conducting investigations since the announcement to further understand the use of BWC. We are proud that our senior enforcement agent, Mark Bytheway, was able to assist the MoJ in their research when they went out on the road with him last month.

We have received feedback from Carlotta, a member of the MoJ, who commended us on our 'brilliant team' as all of their questions were answered and Carlotta said it was "an excellent learning experience."
