Caroline Gray begins 4 month secondment in Client Relationship Manager role

Effective of 1 September 2023, Caroline, formerly Client Services Administrator, will be joining the Client sales team as she begins a 4 month secondment as a Client Relationship Manager.

During her secondment, Caroline will transfer her wealth of knowledge and experience gained from 5 years as a CSA into developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting strategic relationships with Clients, and over time will become the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the contracts and accounts she oversees.

She will use the next 4 months to learn the ropes, shadowing colleagues to understand more about the day-to-day role of a Client Relationship Manager. She will attend meetings and conferences to network with Clients and familiarise herself with the role.

The aim is that this secondment will be made permanent in January 2024 and Caroline will be given her own group of Clients to oversee and manage. She will continue to work from her base in Denbighshire, as well as the Head Office, but will travel to her surrounding areas and further, as required.

This is a fantastic move for Caroline as she develops her career further, and a fantastic move for both Dukes and the Clients she will oversees, as she’ll use her extensive knowledge and experience to build strong client partnerships and ensure she’s continually exceeding expectations.
