Sarah Naylor shortlisted for Women in Enforcement CIVEA Award
Earlier this month, Dukes was announced as a finalist for four prestigious CIVEA industry awards, including the inaugural 'Women in Enforcement' category. This new award aims to recognise individuals who have made exceptional contributions to promoting the interests of women in civil enforcement.
We are immensely proud that Sarah Naylor, our Sales Director and a key member of our Management Board, has been shortlisted for this accolade.
Sarah's Influence
Sarah's nomination stems from her remarkable 8.5-year career in the enforcement industry, during which she has tirelessly worked to dispel negative stereotypes and empower female voices in a predominantly male-dominated field. Her efforts have not only brought about positive change within Dukes but have also resonated across the industry. Through targeted training and mentorship programs, Sarah has helped women within our organisation step into leadership roles, resulting in an impressive 21% increase in female leadership since 2017. Additionally, her many industry engagements, including being Vice President of CIVEA (she was nominated for this role by industry peers) and serving on several industry groups including the newly launched ‘Women in Revenues and Enforcement Group’ have sparked broader initiatives to foster gender diversity and inclusion.
Sarah is one of five worthy women to be shortlisted for this award. To find out who she’s up against, click here.
The award ceremony will take place on 18 April in London. We’ll be keeping everything crossed for a successful night for Sarah. For live updates during the event, follow our company LinkedIn page.
