We're delighted to share the news that we have been shortlisted for two of CIVEA's enforcement industry awards:

✨ Outstanding Enforcement Agent
✨ Training & Development

For the Outstanding Enforcement Agent award, the judges are looking to award an Enforcement Agent who merits specific recognition, and in our opinion, our EA, Mark Bytheway is just the person for this!

Mark is an outstanding EA who sets the benchmark for genuine ethical enforcement, and in a post-pandemic world, this is more important than ever. For the past 10 years, he's been an exemplary EA, setting an example all agents across the industry should aspire to.

For the Training & Development award we’re proud to be shortlisted for the successful launch of our Breathing Space training programme last year, where we delivered free, comprehensive training to over 600 Local Authorities across 3 months. Amongst other areas the training covered legislation, implementation, and key concerns. Overall the training was greatly received and we were able to make a positive impact in our industry during a challenging time.

The awards evening will take place on 21 April in Central London where our fate will be decided.

We're obviously hoping for the double win, but whatever happens, we're proud to be shortlisted and for our team to be recognised by at this level.
