The Enforcement Conduct Board (ECB) has initiated its standards consultation as part of its mission to ensure fair treatment for everyone subject to enforcement action. The new standards are to ensure fair enforcement for individuals subject to enforcement action.

Dukes is accredited by the Enforcement Conduct Board; the independent oversight body for the debt enforcement sector in England and Wales. As the pioneer of ethical enforcement, we support the work that the ECB carries out to achieve its mission to ensure that everyone experiencing enforcement action is treated fairly and protected from bad practices.
Our aim is to recover money for our clients whilst helping debtors get out and stay out of debt through realistic payment arrangements, and fair treatment throughout the recovery lifecycle.
