Dukes win 'Outstanding Enforcement Agent' at the CIVEA Awards

This year CIVEA held their inaugural awards dinner. CIVEA’s website writes “The awards rewarded excellence that benefits local communities in a post-pandemic environment, celebrating hard work in areas such as innovation, social value and maintaining high-quality performance in the face of unique obstacles and circumstances.”

We are thrilled to be shortlisted for two awards; ‘The Best Enforcement Agent’ and ‘Training & Development’. And we are so proud to share the news that Dukes won the ‘Outstanding Enforcement Agent’ award for our EA, Mike Bytheway.

Sadly, the award wasn’t meant to be for the‘Training & Development’ award, but we are still incredibly proud to be recognised as a finalist for this.

With thanks to fantastic work from Julie and team, we were able to make a huge impact in our industry with the Breathing Space training that we delivered to over 600 Local Authorities.
