In an exciting development for 2024, Credit Connect has launched the Credit & Collections Industry Awards. These awards aim to provide clear and tangible recognition for innovation and excellence in the fields of credit, lending, and collections. This new addition complements Credit Connect’s renowned Technology Awards, which will be held later this year. Last year, we were proudly shortlisted for both the ‘Innovation in Collections & Recoveries’ and the ‘Digital Transformation’ categories at the Technology Awards – and we won Digital Transformation with our partners, Destin Solutions. Following our recent shortlisting for Credit Strategy’s ‘Best Use of Technology’ award, we are delighted to announce that our success continues with two new nominations. This week, it was revealed that we have been shortlisted for two prestigious industry awards: 'Enforcement Specialist of the Year' and 'Innovator of the Year.' We are proud to be one of only three companies shortlisted for the Enforcement Specialist award and one of five shortlisted for the Innovator of the Year award.

These nominations are a testament to our innovative and unique approach to debt recovery and high collections for our clients. Our commitment to excellence and innovation sets us apart in the industry.

Due to the upcoming general election, the plans for an in-person awards evening have been adjusted. The awards ceremony will now take place online via a live webinar on Thursday, 11 July.
