Enforcement Conduct Board CEO shadows Dukes agent

Earlier this month Chief Executive of the Enforcement Conduct Board, Chris Nichols, returned to our head office for a day with one of our Enforcement Agents. Being new to the Enforcement industry, Chris wanted to experience first hand how Enforcement Agents at Dukes carry out enforcement to a high standard.
