Enforcement Conduct Board CEO shadows Dukes agent

Earlier this month Chief Executive of the Enforcement Conduct Board, Chris Nichols, returned to our head office for a day with our award-winning Enforcement Agent, Mark Bytheway. Being new to the Enforcement industry, Chris wanted to experience first hand how Enforcement Agents at Dukes carry out enforcement to a high standard.

To this end, Chris spent the day shadowing, Enforcement Agent, Mark Bytheway. Given it was the Easter holidays Mark and Chris has an unusually successful day when gaining contact with debtors as more people were in. This gave Chris exposure to customers from all backgrounds ranging from those in apparent financial difficulty to those where finances didn’t seem to be a need for concern. Chris was able to see how those who are classed as vulnerable are treated by our Enforcement Agents.

Chris commented “The agent I accompanied was really impressive. He was passionate about his work and highly dedicated to both the effective recovery of public money as well as fairly helping people through their debt issues.”

We are pleased to have been able to offer Chris the opportunity to experience a day with one of our agents and hope he now has a more accurate understanding of the standards we hold as a company.
