Dukes sponsor MALG’s annual Conference for fourth consecutive year

We are proud to be sponsoring the Money Advice Liaison Group (MALG) Conference for the four consecutive year. The MALG Conference, now in its 36th year, will gather 200 delegates from the entire debt landscape and will be held on 9 November 2023 at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre.

We first sponsored the virtual version of the event in 2020 and continued sponsorship every year since. As a not-for-profit membership organization, MALG fosters open and honest discussion between creditors, money advisers, collections firms, enforcement agents, regulators, the public sector, and other relevant parties to enhance the lives of people in debt through working together.

Our Marketing Director, Laura Naylor, commented: “As proud Members of MALG, we are keen to support the organisation in any way we can and its flagship annual conference is a great way for us to do that. MALG’s role in bringing together stakeholders from across the whole debt landscape helps to bolster our partnership approach to ethical debt recovery and provides with us links and insights which enable us to achieve even better outcomes for the customers we deal with, especially during such turbulent times. We are already looking forward to what promises to be another show-stopping event in Birmingham.”

Bob Winnington, CEO of MALG, added:

The MALG Conference would not be what it is today without our generous sponsors and we are proud of the long-standing relationships we have developed with firms like Dukes Bailiffs, who are committed to our aim of ‘working together to support the lives of people in debt’. To have their commitment at such an early stage in the planning this year will help us to offer delegates an even bigger and better ‘show’ than we did last year at the Rep Theatre.”
