Dukes have won the 'Innovation in Collections & Recoveries' Credit Connect award!

We are thrilled to announce that we were once again chosen as winners for the ‘Innovation in Collections & Recoveries’ Credit Connect, Credit & Collections 2024 awards last night.  

We are proud to bring home the prize again after winning the Digital Transformation award in 2023, partnered with Destin Solutions.  This win marks the third time our innovations have been acknowledged this year alone and the fifth time in the past 15 months, which cements our role in setting the standard of modern enforcement and positively impacting the industry. 

The ‘Innovation in Collections and Recoveries’ win celebrates companies that have revolutionised the sector with creative and effective solutions. We are proud that Duke, our AI chatbot, has been chosen for this.

On 12 November, our directors headed to Manchester again for our final awards evening to find out the results of our other shortlisting for the Credit Strategy ‘Best Use of Technology’ award, though we didn’t take home the prize, we were thrilled to be shortlisted against some great players, such as British Gas & EXUS, DebtStream and UK Search, IDenteq and Severn Trent Water, ScottishPower and Verify, part of Perch Group.
